Great experience at caliber collision in Cape Coral, Florida. My wife’s car had some body misalignment and Chad Ege went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and made sure it was done right. The ladies at the front desk were polite and helpful and everyone I saw working had a smile on their face. Highly recommend taking your vehicle here for any auto body work. Trustworthy and knowledgeable.

Today I visited Caliber Collision in Cape Coral. The front bumper was loose after hitting an animal on the highway. Pedro Andujar was the estimator. He looked at the bumper and asked for my keys. He came back 15 minutes later with the bumper tightly reattached. He could have written me an estimate and charged me for replacing the bumper are some other fix. Instead he saved me a substantial amount of money. What great customer service and integrity! What is truly amazing is that a few months ago I went to Caliber for damage to the passenger side mirror. In that instance a different estimator told me it was an easy fix and gave me the manufacturer’s part number so I could order it and fix it myself. Another savings of a substantial amount if money. This happening twice is not only a testament to great employees but also a credit to management for instilling and supporting that level of customer service. I will only go to Caliber at the Cape Coral location for any collision repair.

The car looks amazing and the staff were fantastic! Pedro and the team were amazing and kept me abreast of everything as the repairs were progressing. Sad that I had to use their services to fix my car in the first place, but so glad they made it into a seamless experience. My insurance company chose them and I highly recommend them!

I'm devastated. I wanted my car to be fixed enough to drive. Caliber told me they'd help and understood this was coming out of pocket. Promised to take care of my family car as it was there own. They disassembled my entire car. Charged me $400 in disassemble labor or they weren't giving me my vehicle back. States they won't fix it and gave it to me in pieces. No mechanic will now fix my car because what was a small issue is now a total loss!
